From Admirable 27 to September 11, Sri Lanka will have the Asia Cup T20 Tournament.
The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) declared on Saturday taking after its yearly common assembly; here that Sri Lanka will have the Asia Cup T20 occasion from Eminent 27 to September 11. The competition will include all five Test countries from Asia — India, Pakistan, Afghanistan; Bangladesh, and has Sri Lanka — as well as one additional Asian group that will be decided; taking after a capability competition beginning on Admirable 20. From Admirable 27 to September 11, Sri Lanka will have the Asia Cup T20 Tournament.
“The Asia Cup 2022 (T20 Organize) will be facilitated in Sri Lanka afterward this year; from Eminent 27 to September 11. “From Eminent 20, 2022 onwards, the qualifiers for the same will be played,” the ACC tweeted after its AGM.
The event, which rotates between ODI and T20I forms, was last held in 2018, with India winning the title. The 2020 round has to be postponed due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

The 2020 edition was intended to be held in Sri Lanka, however the pandemic forced; the event to be postponed to 2021, then 2022. Pakistan has been awarded the hosting rights for the 2023 Asia Cup; which was initially scheduled to take place in 2022.

One of the UAE, Kuwait, Singapore, or Hong Kong will be the tournament’s sixth team. After finishing first and second in the ACC Western area tournament in 2020; the UAE and Kuwait qualified for the qualifications, while Singapore and Hong Kong qualified from the eastern region.
