Alan Igglesden: Kent and former British pacemaker Alan Egressden died at the age of 57. In 1999 he was diagnosed with an “inoperable” brain tumor.
Igglesden received his first test wicket when he made his test debut against Australia in 1989 with an oval and had Mark Taylor edging one behind him.
Alan Igglesden: While touring the West Indies in 1994, he continued to play a few more tests, adding six wickets to his name.
He was also selected in the 1993 Ashes series, but both in ledge and sideloading.
He also represented England with four ODIs and toured Zimbabwe and Kenya with Team A.
In his debut in Barbados, his best 2 to 12 number at ODI played against the West Indies.

In a statement, Kent Cricket said:
Pace Bowler, who made his first-class debut in 1986, was also Kent’s prolific wicker car in the County Championship.
One of his best seasons was when he scalped 54 wickets at 19.77 in 1993.
He played his last prestigious game in 1998 and landed a 503 wicket in his name.
Unfortunately, Scan discovered a brain tumor the year after he had an epileptic seizure while attending Miner County Cricket in Berkshire.
He also raised money for a brain tumor charity.
