Kagiso Rabada Stars As South Africa Outplay Bangladesh In Abu Dhabi: T20 World Cup

Kagiso Rabada: Kagiso Rabada took three wickets when South Africa defeated Bangladesh on Tuesday.

A pioneer of the pace, Kagiso Rabada stands out with 320 numbers, winning Bangladesh with six wickets on Tuesday and raising South Africa’s expectations in the Twenty20 World Cup semifinals.

Rabada and his fast-paced rival Henrich Norche shared six wickets to beat Bangladesh with just 84 in an 18.2 over in Abu Dhabi.

Mushfiqur Rahim refused Kagiso Rabada a third straight wicket on the first ball of the next over but did not win three deliveries thereafter.

Bangladesh was hit further when Norche demanded a coveted scalp from skipper Mahmudura Riyadh at 3. And Afif Hossain defeated Dwayne Praetorius with a duck.

Bangladesh slipped into 345 and the wicket continued to fall. Nortje and Legspinner Tabraiz Shamsi shared five wickets as South Africa wrapped the Bangladesh innings over 18.2.

Mahedi Hasan scored a top score of 27 before being caught and thrown by Nortje.
Correspondingly, South Africa fell to 333 after Tuskin dismissed Aiden Malcolm for free. But 22-year-olds Lassie van der Dussen and Bavma put the hunt back on track.

The pair made 47 runs on their fourth wicket before Nasum Ahmed van der Dussen entered.

David Miller won when South Africa lost to Australia and then led by undefeated England to win three straight games.

England is a de facto place to win 4 out of 4 in the semifinals. But South Africa and Australia are the main candidates for second place in the group.
