IPL 2022: Ricky Ponting, the coach of the Delhi Capitals, has commented on the no-ball issue against the Rajasthan Royals. The Delhi Capitals returned to winning ways on Thursday, defeating Kolkata Knight Riders by four wickets; at Wankhede Stadium in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 season. After the game, head coach Ricky Ponting expressed his thoughts on the no-ball incident against Rajasthan Royals; which resulted in Rishabh Pant losing 100% of his match money; and assistant coach Pravin Amre being suspends for one game. “Look, that was all messed up. It was all incorrect in every way. The umpiring was off, but you have to go on. We are not please with our players’ outbursts and our assistant coach’s appearance on the field. That is something I have discussed with the boys. We’ve had a difficult couple of weeks here at Delhi Capitals; with a couple of COVID-19 incidents, being trapped in a hotel; and so on “After the game between the Delhi Capitals and the Kolkata Knight Riders, Ponting spoke to Star Sports. see also: Michael Vaughan questioned Rishabh Pant’s choice during Delhi Capitals’ four-wicket win ...
