Highlights

- India will be hoping to fix their batting issues
Indians will face Afghanistan in a Super 12 match at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday as it has not yet won the current T20 World Cup.
Virat Kohli’s team launched a campaign in Pakistan with a loss of 10 wickets, followed by a loss of 8 wickets in New Zealand.
Afghanistan is in good shape at the current tournament and has won two of the last three games.
The Mohammad Nabi led team started the campaign after defeating Scotland and losing to Pakistan. They won the last match against Namibia and won 62 runs.
For Afghanistan, India wants to solve the batting and bowling problems. Kori’s team was unable to win a run or steal a wicket, much like they played against Pakistan when they never registered a layoff.
Afghanistan, on the other hand, relies heavily on its weirdos and wants a shocking victory over India.

The five major player battles that may determine the outcome of the game are:
1. Rohit Sharma (IND) vs Mujeeb Ur Rahman (AFG)
The opening round of India wasn’t working well in the tournament and I couldn’t move India in the power play over. Against Pakistan, he was first fired by Shaheen Afridi for a golden duck.
During New Zealand’s defeat, he was only able to register 14 out of 14 balls from 3rd place before losing his wicket to Ish Sodhi. Against Mujeeb, he will face a tricky bowler aiming to dismiss a bold batter. Rohit can be a prey to spin, and Afghans try every trick to do it.
2. Virat Kohli (IND) vs Rashid Khan (AFG)
Like his teammates, the Indian captain is not very lucky in the tournament.
He played in Pakistan for half a century, but India couldn’t win. When he lost to New Zealand, he was dismissed by Ish Sodhi, who could only play a nine-run knock with 17 balls.
For Rashid Khan, Kori meets one of the best T20I bowlers in the world. The Afghan weirdo got seven wickets for his team in three games.
3. Rishabh Pant (IND) vs Mohammed Nabi (AFG)
Pants felt difficult for New Zealand as they could only manage 12 out of 19 balls. But he did a good job with Pakistan.
This can be a big battle in the middle over, and anyone with advantage can give an advantage to each side.
4. Mohammad Shahzad/Hazratullah Zazai (AFG) vs Jasprit Bumrah (IND)
Afghan opening players Shahzad and Zazai are tasked with getting the team off to a strong start. The duo will face one of India’s positive figures, Jasprit Bumrah, in this terrifying World Cup campaign.
Despite his team losing to New Zealand, the pacemaker wants to pick up two wickets and do his job against Afghanistan.
5. Najibullah Zadran (AFG) vs Ravichandran Ashwin (IND)
Zadran is currently the team’s top scorer with 88 runs in three games. Usually, he won in 6th place and was able to play against Ashwin, who hasn’t had a chance in the tournament yet.
The spinner will be chosen to play in XI, India, in place of Varun Chakravarthy, who did not receive any wickets.
