Indian Premier League Retentions: According to BCCI rules, the old eight franchises can keep no more than three Indian players (capped or uncapped) and no more than two foreign players.

With a maximum quota of four players before the November 30 deadline, the existing eight Indian Premier League (IPL) teams are expected to keep some of their most prized stars.
