“I would like to appeal to Prime Minister Modi and the BCCI to assist me in lifting the ECB ban,” Danish Kaneria reported as saying by AajTak. Former Pakistan cricketer Danish Kaneria has recently made headlines for his statements and thoughts on a variety of issues. Recently, the 42-year-old also did something similar, approaching the Prime Minister of India and also the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) for assistance.
In addition, Kaneria came forward and sought Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BCCI to assist him in removing the lifetime ban imposed on him by the ECB (England and Wales Cricket Board) in 2012 for spot-fixing.
