During the IND vs AFG match, a fight breaks out in Arun Jaitely Stadium. In the stands, a group of Indian fans was seen fighting amongst themselves.
India won the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 by eight wickets over Afghanistan on Wednesday, October 11 at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. Captain Rohit Sharma shone with the bat, scoring a record-breaking century to help India chase down the goal of 273 in 35 overs.
Aside from the exciting cricket action on the field, some spectators were seen fighting in the stands. Following an incident in the Arun Jaitely Stadium, a group of Indian supporters is seen throwing punches at each other in a viral video.

Rohit Sharma shattered record books with his blistering hundred in second innings
Returning to the contest, Afghanistan captain Hashmatullah Shahidi won the toss and chose to bat first. However, his openers failed to justify his choice, leaving them reeling at 63/3 after 13.1 overs. When his team was in difficulties, captain Shahidi (80 off 88) became involved in a big 121-run stand off 127 balls for the fourth wicket with Azmatullah Omarzai (62 off 69).
Afghanistan managed to reach a score of 272/8 in their allotted 50 overs because to their big partnership and some help from the lower order. Jasprit Bumrah excelled with the ball for India, taking 4/49 in ten overs, while Hardik Pandya took 2/43 in seven overs.

With his scorching century in the second innings, Rohit Sharma shattered records
In response, India got off to a flying start. Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan putting up a huge 156 off 112 balls. Rohit went on to shatter records with his stunning innings of 131 off 84 balls. Which included 16 fours and five sixes. Kishan, on the other hand, batted brilliantly, scoring 47 off 47 balls with five fours and two sixes.
Virat Kohli also continued his sensational form scoring an unbeaten 55* off 56 balls smashing six fours in his innings. Courtesy of their marvellous innings, India went on to chase down the target of 273 in just 35 overs and won the match by eight wickets. Rohit deservedly adjudge Player of the Match for his breathtaking innings.
