“We talked a lot about what we wanted to do and how we wanted to play. It’s one thing to talk about it; it’s quite another to actually do it. Everyone seemed to be attempting to do this, as most of us went ahead and did it. That pleased me a lot,” Rohit said following India’s big win in the fifth and final T20I.
“It’s not just me and him (Dravid) talking; we’re all doing it.” First and foremost, I want to thank everyone who bought into the idea and then put it into action. It takes a lot; it’s not easy; we tried it, and we succeeded on the majority of occasions, which is a good thing,” he added.

He went on to say that the India team will be focused on staying on top in the crucial moments of the game and that he is confident that it will produce more consistent results.
“That is what I wanted to address to the group as captain, because it was one important thing that we wanted to achieve, and we have pretty much achieved it, but that does not mean that the road is over for us.” There is a lot to play for, and we will continue to improve those minor aspects of the game.
