His personal life, on the other hand, has taken a toll, particularly since his divorce from Ayesha Mukherjee. Dhawan, who is going through a difficult time, recently released an emotional statement on social media, stating that he has been unable to see his son Zoravar for a year.

“It’s been a year since I saw you in person, and now, for almost three months, I’ve been blocked from everywhere so Posting the same picture to wish you, my boy, a very Happy Birthday,” Dhawan said in a post to his Instagram account.
This revelation comes after a Delhi court granted the cricketer divorce on grounds of “cruelty” inflicted by his estranged wife. In a heart-wrenching post, Dhawan disclosed,
Despite the court granting visitation rights, and allowing Dhawan to meet his son in India and Australia, the reality seems different. The emotional Instagram post expressed Dhawan’s deep yearning for a connection, stating, “Even if I can’t connect with you directly, I connect with you through Telepathy. I am so proud of you, and I know you’re doing great and growing up nicely.”
