Sunrisers Hyderabad was one squad that made many heads turn during the auction. The team signed many players, including Australian skipper Pat Cummins, who was signed for INR 20.5 crore.
Speaking on their auction purchases, former South African cricketer AB de Villiers spoke about Hyderabad’s chances in the 2018 IPL season. With Travis Head, Wanindu Hasaranga, and Pat Cummins in the lineup, De Villiers believes SRH can go all the way this season.

I would still go with Aiden Markram as captain: De Villiers
Furthermore, despite the fact that Hyderabad has multiple notable players on the team, AB de Villiers believes that South Africa’s Aiden Markram should be named captain for the forthcoming season.
