The five franchises – Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Gujarat Giants. UP Warriorz – have retain 60 players, including 21 from overseas, while releasing 29. The Gujarat Giants have also retained powerhouses like as Ashleigh Gardner and Beth Mooney, strengthening their lineup for the future clashes. However, Annabel Sutherland and Kim Garth are two notable newcomers.
