The IPL franchise CSK announced the establishment of an academy in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. “We are thrill to expand our reach even further by adding Tiruppur as our newest location. ” Stated CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan.
Chennai Super Kings, an Indian Premier League (IPL) team, has announced the opening of their Super Kings academy in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. The facility would be in Yali Sports Private Limited, which is around 460 kilometers from Chennai.
It should be noted that the facility would provide top-tier amenities for young cricketers. It will also have a one-of-a-kind infrastructure with eight pitches, comprising four turf, two matting, and two astroturf surfaces. Floodlights have also been install in the facility, going above and beyond.
Beginning in December 2023, the program will be open to boys and girls aged 6 to 23. The academy’s goal will be to tap into the talent of the city’s young cricketers with big goals. Kasi Viswanathan, CEO of Chennai Super Kings Cricket Limited, expressed his joy following the announcement.
