Cameron Green, an Australian cricketer, announce that he is totally fit to bat and bowl in the forthcoming Indian Premier League 2023 season. When Mumbai Indians paid INR 17.5 crore for his signing on December 23, he became the second-most expensive buy in IPL auction history.
The 23-year-old rule out of the third Test against South Africa after suffering a finger injury during the second Test at Melbourne Cricket Ground. According to rumors, the athlete would be unable to bowl before April 13. Green, however, downplayed all rumors over his availability for IPL 2023, noting that he is 100% available for both skill sets in the IPL.
“No, [reports] are incorrect. I believe I’ve been hearing about this for quite some time. I’m not sure where it came from. “I’ve heard that I’m 100% available for both skill sets in the IPL from the start. So I’m not sure where it came from,” Cameron Green told SEN Sportsday.

Green acknowledged that the INR 17.5 crore price tag sets a lot of expectations
He hopes to return with his achievements. “Obviously, it [the auction] went incredibly well, but I think at the same time you want to go out there and perform and kind of repay the trust they showed you,” Green explained.
However, the Australian remained unsure about his availability for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, which begins on February 9 in India. Green got five wickets in the first innings of the second Test against South Africa before smashing a fifty in the second innings despite a finger injury.
“Obviously, my primary objective is the next Test Series. “I think myself and Starcy (Mitchell Starc) are in it for the first one, but we’ll give ourselves the greatest opportunity,” Green continued.
