Sunil Narine is widely regard as one of the most prominent spinners to have represent the West Indies at the international level. Narine has made a name for himself not only in international cricket. But also in several franchise-based leagues played all over the world.
During his early days, the right-arm spinner used to mimic Sri Lanka’s legendary spinner Muttiah Muralitharan’s bowling and try to add variations to his own. Narine, dubbed “the mystery spinner. ” Befuddled several prominent batting lineups over the years. Remains one of the most difficult spinners to play against.
