MS Dhoni is in legal trouble after a FIR filed against him at a Bihar police station. The case has been assign to Judicial Magistrate Ajay Kumar Mishra by the court.
Former Indian captain MS Dhoni is in hot water after a FIR filed against him and seven others in Bihar’s Begusarai district. Following a hearing in court, the case was transferred to Judicial Magistrate Ajay Kumar Mishra. The case involves a company called New Global Produce India Limited, which Dhoni helped to establish.
On Monday, a company called SK Enterprises filed a FIR in Begusarai’s CJM’s court. The case is said to be about a bounce cheque for INR 30 lakh that was given to SK Enterprises by New Global Produce India Limited.
According to reports, SK Enterprise received a fertilizer order worth Rs 30 lakh from New Global Produce India Limited. The order delivered by SK Enterprise, but the dealer allegedly did not follow the earlier agreement. Resulting in a large amount of fertilizers remaining unsold. The company did take back the remaining products and even gave the agency a cheque for Rs 30 lakh in exchange. The cheque, however, bounced when it was deposited in the bank.
SK Enterprise served a legal notice on New Global Produce India Limited, but the company did not respond. After New Global Produce Limited failed to comply, SK Enterprise’s owner, Neeraj Kumar Nirala, decided to file a FIR against MS Dhoni and seven others.

SK Enterprise served a legal notice on New Global Produce India Limited, but the company did not respond. After New Global Produce Limited failed to comply, SK Enterprise’s owner, Neeraj Kumar Nirala, decided to file a FIR against MS Dhoni and seven others.
“I spoke to him, and he is not retiring,” CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan clarified. He was probably disappointed with his performance, which is why he tweeted. But he deleted it, and he is not retiring…,” Viswanathan told Sportstar.
