The IPL 2022 concluded on Sunday night with Gujarat Titans winning the title in their debut season after defeating Rajasthan Royals in the IPL final at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The team led by Hardik Pandya won the title with seven wickets and 11 balls to spare. With the tournament over, former India captain Sachin Tendulkar named his T20 Team of the Season, led by Hardik Pandya.
As openers, the Master Blaster chose Jos Buttler and Shikhar Dhawan. Sachin’s side features Lucknow Super Giants captain KL Rahul at No.3, Hardik Pandya, David Miller, Liam Livingstone, and Dinesh Karthik in the middle and lower order.
