Harbhajan. has revealed how former India captain Dhoni spends his time when he is not playing cricket.
Harbhajan, an Indian spin legend, has revealed MS Dhoni’s passion for gaming and esports.
The 41-year-old revealed in an interview with India Today Gaming that veteran wicketkeeper-batsman Dhoni spends the majority of his time away from cricket sitting in front of his gaming devices.
Harbhajan, who recently announced his retirement from all forms of cricket, also stated that most Indian players enjoy playing online games to pass the time.
Yes, every Indian cricketer participates in esports. I’ve also participated. MS Dhoni, our former captain, plays esports 15 times more than he does cricket,” Harbhajan said.
If you see him in a hotel room after a game, it’s because he’s playing esports. Sometimes it’s FIFA, sometimes it’s PUBG, and sometimes it’s something else. Esports is a multibillion-dollar industry. “We cricketers tried it as well, forming teams and playing these first-person shooter games online,” he said.
