KL Rahul used the social media platform, Koo, to offer fans a sneak peek into his preparations for India’s forthcoming trip to South Africa.
The swashbuckling batter shared a training video in which he demonstrated his wide range of shots with ease.
Due to Rohit Sharma’s absence from the series, the 29-year-old will be given extra responsibility, and he will likely open for Team India. Rohit has been replaced in the Test squad by Priyank Panchal, who suffered a left hamstring injury while training in Mumbai.

The talented right-hander was pulled out of India’s most recent Test match against New Zealand owing to a muscle complaint in his left thigh. Suryakumar Yadav, brought in to take his place.
Rahul has been undergoing rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru since his injury.
KL Rahul has played in 40 Tests for India, averaging 35.16 and scoring 2,321 runs

In the red-ball format, his greatest score is 199, which he achieved against England in Chennai in 2016.
Team India has seen significant changes since their elimination from this year’s T20 World Cup, with Ravi Shastri’s term as head coach coming to an end. Former skipper Rahul Dravid has taken his place.
Meanwhile, the BCCI has given Rohit Sharma full-time white-ball captaincy duties, with Kohli remaining in charge of the side in the longer format.
