India got off to a terrible start in the match against New Zealand.
The top order collapsed ahead of some really good bowling games by Blackcaps. Ishan Kishan (4), KL Rahul (18), Rohit Sharma (14), and Virat Kohli (9), one by one, as Kiwi tried to force the problem after detaining the Indians in an early over. I was fired.

Rishabh Pant left immediately and scored only 12 runs. Hardik continued to fight and was eventually firing in 23 runs with 24 deliveries. Rabindra Jadeja was the only Indian batter with some quality runs under his belt when he hit undefeated 26 and exceeded 100 runs in India.
