Fran Wilson: Fran Wilson, one of England’s 2017 World Champions, has decided to end her international career.
However, Wilson will continue to play in the Rachel Heyhof Flint Trophy, Charlotte Edwards Cup, and The Hand Red.
His 29-year-old played 33 ODIs, 30 T20Is, and one England test in his nearly 11-year career.
She won her first international match against Sri Lanka in November 2010.
Wilson’s highest personal ODI rating of 85 was scored against Pakistan. At the 2016 T20I, she did not score the highest score of 43 against Pakistan.
Fran Wilson is also known for his field skills. To encapsulate her points, she pushed her blindfold back in June 2019 and removed her Haley Matthews.

“I feel incredibly proud to have played for my country for the past 10 years and the time now feels right to step away. I am excited for the challenges that domestic cricket will bring in the next chapter of my playing career. Playing for England pushes you to the limit and I’m grateful for the experiences which have made me better, on and off the pitch. The memories I have made with some amazing teams are ones I will always cherish and I would like to thank everyone who has been a part of my England journey,” she said.
In March of this year, she played her last international match against New Zealand.
“It’s a very difficult decision to retire from international cricket, but our loss will be the domestic game’s gain. Fran has always given everything for England and I know she’ll continue to do so in domestic cricket.”
England Women’s Head Coach Lisa Keightley noted:
“Fran has honored her country for over a decade, and she can be very proud of her work and achievements,” said Lisa Keightley, head coach of the UK. I commented. I really enjoyed her work with Fran.
She has a very good influence on the group, she is a real team player, she is very popular and we miss her very much on our team.
